Shipping & Guarantee
Our chocolate is shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping transit times during warm weather are as follows:
One Business Day: Florida
Two Business Days: Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia
Three Business Days: Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, West Virginia
Four or More Business Days: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday are usually shipped the same day you place the order, however, warm weather could delay shipment in order to avoid being in transit over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are shipped the following Monday. During peak holiday periods, we will ship on Friday, and it may take additional business days to process your order.
Upon shipment of your order, an email from Quantum View Notify containing UPS tracking information is sent to you. Depending upon your email security settings, this email could go directly into your spam folder so please check your spam folder should you not receive this email.
We guarantee your chocolate will arrive in good condition. We cannot, however, guarantee specific arrival dates and we cannot be responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as inclement weather conditions or transportation carrier delays that would cause your shipment to arrive later than expected.
At present, customers wanting to place multiple orders to multiple locations must enter each order separately. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have more than ten (10) shipping addresses and would like assistance in placing your order, please email all pertinent order information, including names, addresses, and gift card messages to mail@chocolatebarkcompany.com and someone from our staff will contact you to assist with your order.
Whenever possible, especially during warm weather months, customers are encouraged to ship to commercial addresses since someone is usually available to take immediate possession of your order and commercial deliveries generally take place earlier in the day.
Please enter shipping addresses carefully as all applicable shipping fees for shipments returned to us because of incorrect shipping address information furnished by you will be charged to your credit card.
Sorry, but we do not ship outside the continental United States, and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO and FPO addresses.
Orders arriving in an unsatisfactory condition will be refunded in full. To request a refund send an email with specific information regarding the circumstances of the dissatisfaction to mail@chocolatebarkcompany.com Please be sure to keep the product as we may choose, at our expense, to retrieve it.
