To help you plan the arrival of your chocolate bark here are applicable UPS shipping transit times: 

 

One Business Day: Florida

 

Two Business Days: Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia

 

Three Business Days:  Arkansas, Connecticut, Deleware, District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Lousiana, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, West VirginiaArizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming 

 

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday are usually shipped the same day you place the order unless the weather is too hot for your chocolate bark to be in transit over the weekend.  Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are shipped the following Monday.  During peak holiday periods, we will ship on Friday, and it may take an additional business day to process your order.

 
Upon shipment of your order, an email from Quantum View Notify containing UPS tracking information is sent to you.  Depending upon your email security settings, this email could go directly into your spam folder so please check your spam folder should you not receive this email. 

 

We guarantee your chocolate will arrive in good condition.  We cannot, however, guarantee specific arrival dates, and we cannot be responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyound our control such as inclement weather conditions or transportation carrier delays that would cause your shipment to arrive later than expected.

 

At present, customers wanting to place multiple orders to multiple locations must enter each order separately. We apologize for this inconvience.  If you have more than ten (10) shipping addresses and would like assistance in placing your order, please email all pertinent order information, including names, address and gift card messages to order@chocolatebarkcompany.com and someone from our staff will contact you to assist with your order.

 

Whenever possible, especially during warm weather months, customers are encouraged to ship to commercial addresses since someone is usually available to take immediate possession of your order.

 

Please enter shipping addresses carefully as all applicable shipping fees for shipments returned to us because of incorrect shipping address information furnished by you will be charged to your credit card.

 

Sorry, but we do not ship outside the continental United States, and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO and FPO addresses.

 

Orders arriving in an unsatisfactory condition will be refunded in full.  To request a refund simply email us specific information regarding the circumstances of the dissatisfaction.  Please be sure to keep the product as we may choose, at our expense, to retrieve it.
