Shipping

Our chocolate is shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).  Shipping transit times for UPS Ground are as follows:

One Business Day: Florida (except Panhandle)

Two Business Days: Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia

Three Business Days: Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, West Virginia

Four or More Business Days: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday are usually shipped the same day you place the order, however, warm weather could delay shipment in order to avoid being in transit over the weekend.  Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are shipped the following Monday.  During peak holiday times, it may take additional time to process your order.

Upon shipment of your order, an email from Quantum View Notify containing UPS tracking information is sent to your email address.  If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam email folder.

We guarantee your chocolate will arrive in good condition.  We cannot, however, guarantee specific arrival dates and we cannot be responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as inclement weather conditions or transportation carrier delays that would cause your shipment to arrive later than expected.

If you have more than ten (10) shipping addresses and would like assistance in placing your order, please email all pertinent order information, including names, addresses, and gift card messages to us and someone from our staff will contact you to assist with your order.

Whenever possible, especially during hot/warm weather months, customers are encouraged to ship to commercial business addresses.  Commercial deliveries generally take place earlier in the day, so your shipment will spend less time being driven around town in the back of a delivery truck and there is a greater likelihood someone will be able to accept delivery of your package.

Orders arriving in an unsatisfactory condition will be refunded in full.  To request a refund send us an email with specific information regarding the circumstances of the dissatisfaction and please be sure to keep the product so we can send UPS to retrieve it.

Sorry, but we do not ship outside the continental United States, and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO and FPO addresses.
